Section 7(1) in The Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (C.G.) Adhiniyam, 1987
(1)The University shall have exclusive jurisdiction throughout the areas specified in sub-section (1) of Section 6 to provide for instruction, teaching and training in agriculture and allied sciences and notwithstanding anything contained in the law relating to incorporation of any other University in the State, no other University shall be competent to provide for instruction, teaching and training in agriculture and allied sciences in such areas.
