Section 1 in Sikkim Forests, Water Courses and Road Reserve (Preservation and Protection) Act, 1988
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Sikkim Forests, Water Courses and Road Reserve (Preservation and Protection) Act, 1988.(2)It extends to the whole of Sikkim.(3)It shall come into force at once.
