633. Appointment of time and place for settlement of list.
- The Official Liquidator shall give notice in writing of the time and place appointed for the preliminary settlement of the list of contributories to every person included in the list, and shall state in the notice to each person in what character and for what number of shares or interest such person is included in the list. Such notice shall be in the prescribed form and due service thereof shall be proved by an affidavit in the prescribed form.
