Section 7(1) in Chandigarh Panchayat Election Rules, 1994
(1)As soon as the election programme is notified under Rule 7, the Returning Officer in the Constitutionality for which he has been appointed as such shall publish the details of the election programme in form 1A by pasting the same outside his office and at conspicuous places in the Gram Sabha area included in that constituency.
