Section 34(1) in Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences Rohtak Act, 2008
(1)From the appointed day, all colleges and other educational institutions of Health Sciences in the State, previously admitted to the privileges of or affiliated to the Maharshi Dayanand University, the Kurukshetra University, or any other university, council or affiliating body, shall be deemed to be admitted to the privileges, or affiliated to University.
