Section 3 in The Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973
3. Classes of officers of Enforcement .-There shall be the following classes of officers of Enforcement, namely:-
(a)Directors of Enforcement;(b)Additional Directors of Enforcement;(c)Deputy Directors of Enforcement;(d)Assistant Directors of Enforcement; and(e)such other class of officers of Enforcement as may be appointed for the purposes of this Act.
