48. Certificate to be registered if rent or revenue exceeds Rs. 100.
- A certificate of admission to land of which the annual land revenue or rent exceeds Rs. 100 shall be made by a registered instrument. In other cases the certificate may be attested by any revenue court or revenue office not below the rank of a Girdawar Kanungo in accordance with Rules 22, 23 and 24.H. Ejectment
