Section 8(8) in Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code and Other Conditions of Supply) Regulations, 2005
8.2No inspection of any domestic premises shall be carried out between sunset and sunrise except in the presence of an adult male member occupying such premises, or an adult male representative.
