Section 166(2) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(2)Periods of work of such excavation or tunneling work, in which such building worker are employed, shall be maintained in a register on day-to-day basis and such register shall be produced on demand to the Inspector having jurisdiction.
