Section 122(2) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(2)On receipt of audit report the Panchayat shall remove errors and irregularity found in the audit and acompliance report shall be forward to the local fund account audit department or other authority within three month determined for this purpose by the State Government.
