2. Definitions.
(a)"Department" means the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan.(b)"Director" means the Director of Tourism, Rajasthan.(c)"Government" means the Government of Rajasthan.(d)"Competent Authority" means the Director of Tourism, Rajasthan.(e)"Diesel Generating Set" includes equipment, instruments and machinery and other electrical accessories required for generating electricity.
