99. Recovery of moneys due to Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.].
- Any money due to Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] on account of any fee or charges or from disposal of land, building or any other property, movable or immovable, by way of rent, premium, profit or hire-purchase instalment, may, without, prejudice to the right of recovery by any other mode of recovery provided by or under this Chapter or any other law for the time being in force be realised, as arrears of land revenue upon a certificate of the amount due sent by the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] to the Collector.
