1. Learned counsel for the petitioners Dr. R.S. Sundaram has filed pursis dated 23.02.2021 intimating therein that the petitioners have taken away the brief from him in view of fresh empanelment. It is, therefore, submitted through the pursis that he be discharged.

2. Mr. H. N. Verma, learned counsel submits that he has been instructed by the petitioners to appear on their behalf and he will be filing his Vakalatnama within a period of two weeks.
