Section 365 in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
365. Councillors and Municipal Officers, etc., to be deemed public servants.
- Every officer or servant in the employment of the Corporation whether for the whole or part of his time, and every Councillor of the Corporation shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and for the purposes of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
