                      Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
                      praying for the issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for
                      the records relating to the issue of communication of the 2 nd
                      respondent in No.F.6-1 (II) 2006 (CPP-1) dated 19.08.2009 and quash
                      the same and forbear the respondents from preventing the petitioner
                      from using the word 'University'.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in the bundle to the following effect:-
