Section 1 in The Punjab Privately Managed Recognised Schools Employees (Security of Service) Act, 1979
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be entitled the Punjab Privately Managed Recognised Schools Employees (Security of Service) Act, 1979.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification appoint.
