2. Form of application for seeking approval of the Central Government for appointment of sole agents.
- Every company seeking approval of the Central Government for the appointment of sole selling agents or sole agent for the buying or purchasing of goods on behalf of the company under section 294AA of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), shall apply in Form I or Form II, respectively, and furnish the particulars specified therein.
