Section 795(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)The mobilization contingent shall attend an annual camp of training at the district headquarters, or elsewhere, as convenient, Whenever possible, the camp should be held in conjunction with an Auxiliary Force camp of exercise. The training shall last for 15 days and the Superintendent shall draw up standing orders and a training programme for the camp.
