Section 52C(1) in Nagpur Improvement Trust Act, 1936
(1)At least seven days before entering into any contract for the execution of any work of the supply of material or goods which involves an expenditure exceeding one thousand rupees the Chairman shall give notice inviting tenders for such contracts and in a case in which such expenditure exceeds ten thousand rupees, such notice shall be given by advertisement in local newspapers.
