Section 28(1) in The Rajasthan Minimum Wages Rules, 1959
(1)An application under sub-section (2) of section 20 or sub-section (1) of section 21 by or on behalf of an employed person or group of employed persons shall be made in duplicate in Form VI, VI-A or VII, as the case may be, one copy of which shall bear the prescribed court-fee.
