Section 24(iv) in The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh (Constitution and Conduct of Business) Rules, 1963
(iv)On the publication of the list in the Uttar Pradesh Gazette, the persons whose names appear in the list shall be deemed to have been declared as elected.
