Section 200(b) in The U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916
(b)undertake the house-scavenging of a house or building occupied by an agriculturist who himself cultivates a land within [municipal area] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 12 of 1994.] or in a village coterminous therewith without the consent of the occupier.
