Opportunity to respondent No.1 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Respondent Nos.2 and 5 have been served but no one has put in appearance.

Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent Nos.3 and 4 within two weeks' time, as last opportunity. Notice thereafter be issued.
