Section 243(b) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(b)(i)Where both male and female building workers are employed, there shall be displayed outside each block of latrines or urinals a notice containing therein "For Men Only" or "For Women Only", as the case may be, written in Tamil; and(ii)such notice shall also bear the figure of a man or of a woman as the case may be;
