Section 204 in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
204. Liquidator to be in the position of a receiver.
- For the discharge by the Liquidator of the duties under rule 41 and exercise of the powers under rule 203, the Liquidator shall, for the purpose of acquiring and retaining possession of the property of the LLP, be in the same position as if he were a Receiver of the property appointed by the Tribunal, and the Tribunal may on his application enforce such acquisition or retention accordingly.
