Section 1 in Rajasthan Opium Smoking Prohibition Act, 1950
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Ordinance may be called the Rajasthan Civil Courts Ordinance 1950.(2)[x x x] [Substituted and omitted vide item No. (1) of the Schedule to the Rajasthan Act No. 2 of 1957, published in the Rajasthan Gazette, Part IV-A, Extraordinary, dated 5-1-1957. This Ordinance now extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan including the Abu, Ajmer and Sunel areas and any law corresponding to this Ordinance in force in the Abu area.
