Section 20(1) in The Gujarat Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1991
(1)The Bar Council shall cause to be printed and distributed the Gujarat Advocate Welfare Fund Stamps each of the value [prescribed in section 19 with the Emblem of Bar Council] [Substituted for 'of four rupees with the Bar Council Emblem and its value inscribed thereon' by the Gujarat Advocate Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2003 (Gujarat 19 of 2003), dated 5' April 2003.].
