Section 25(1) in Amritsar Oil Works (Aquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings) Act, 1982
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any officer of that Government or the Government company or other person authorised by that Government or the Government company for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
