Section 4(2) in The Haryana Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1989
(2)All offences under this Act shall be compoundable by the authorities mentioned in Section 3 on payment of such composition fee which shall not be less than two hundred and fifty rupees or the amount equal to expenses incurred for removing or erasing the defacement.
