Section 1 in Bhagar Grading and Marking Rules, 2018
1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Bhagar Grading and Marking Rules, 2018.(2)They shall apply to Bhagar, commonly known as samo seed obtained from seed of a grass Echinochloa colona L. intended for human consumption.(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
