Section 21(1) in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Finance, Budget and Accounts Rules, 2014
(1)whenever any advance is required to he given to any official of the Panchayat Samiti or the Zila Parishad for carrying out the purposes of the Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad, as the case may be, a record of such advances shall be kept in the register of temporary' advances in Form FBA-4.
