1. This Court has passed following order on 21.04.2023 :_ "Respondent No. 2 is directed to conduct skill test of petitioner and all the selected candidates so that true experience candidates is being selected to run the pump of the hospital.
Respondent No. 2 is also directed to constitute a committee of expert from department of Skill Development and Employment Government of Chhattisgarh to conduct the skill test."
2. In view of the above direction given by this Court the State has constituted committee and conducted skill test wherein the petitioner Devanand Verma has secured 18 marks and found place in top of the list, thus, his case will be considered for appointment.
3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that they will consider the case of the petitioner Devanand Verma for appointment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner - Sandeep Kumar Bambeshwar would submit that he has also been found eligible for appointment.
5. Accordingly, there is nothing required to be adjudicated upon by this Court.
6. The interim order is vacated. It is directed that let the State do Neutral Citation 2023:CGHC:17714 Page 3 of 3 needful within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order regarding issuance of appointment order to the petitioners and other selected candidates.
7. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed off.
