Section 82(6)(a) in The Arms Rules, 2016

(a)The licensee shall establish an online electronic connectivity under his user-id with the NDAL system and shall provide for a weekly electronic online transfer of data of transactions regarding firearms and ammunition for the week, as recorded in the registers referred to in sub-rules (1) and (2).
