Section 21S(3) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(3)The voting shall be by secret ballot. The voter shall put a cross mark (X) on the symbol of the candidate for whom he casts his vote and thereafter he shall put the ballot paper into ballot box.
