(5)On the establishment of the University under sub-Section (2) the land and other movable and immovable properties acquired, created arranged or built for Law College, Dehradun, Uttaranchal Institute of Technology, Uttaranchal Institute of Management and Uttaranchal Institute of Business Studies by the Society shall vest in the University.
