1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks reference of the dispute to mediation. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 though states that earlier efforts for mediation did not yield any results, however, he has no objection to referring the matter for mediation.
2. In view of the aforesaid, list this matter before Samadhan Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 09.03.2026.
3. The matter be listed before the Court on 13.07.2026.
