Section 23(2)(xxiii) in Rabindranath Tagore University Act, 2017

(xxiii)of sub-section (1) of this section shall hold office for a period of one year only from the date of his election or nomination, as the case may be. He shall cease to be member of the court on his ceasing to be a student of the University.
