Section 20(3) in The Paschim Banga Ayurvedic System Of Medicine Act, 1961
(3)The Parishad may appoint such other officers and servants as it deems necessary:Provided that the number and designation of such officers and servants, their salaries and allowances shall be subject to the previous approval of the State Government.
