Section 18 in Vijaybhoomi University, Raigad Act, 2018
18. Chief Finance and Accounts Officer.
(1)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be the principal Finance, Accounts and Audit Officer of the University.(2)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the President in such manner and on such terms and conditions of service, as may be specified by the statutes.(3)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties, as may be specified by the statutes.
