Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the amount paid by the respondents till date, under the Court's order, falls short of their entitlement and therefore, this is a case of continuing contempt committed by the respondents.
Refuting the same, Mr. A. Zahid, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the entire amount due and payable to the petitioner has been released by the respondents and the said fact has been duly incorporated in the rejoinder affidavit filed this morning. However, the said affidavit is not tagged with the record of this case.
In view of the above, Registry to tag the rejoinder affidavit with the record of this case and on the request of Mr. Baruah, list this case again on 04-12-2019.
