308. Power of Commissioner to grant licence for private market etc.
- No person shall, without, or otherwise than in conformity with the terms of, a licence granted by the Commissioner in this behalf, keep open any private market or wilfully or negligently permit any place to be used as a private market or use any place as a slaughterhouse or stockyard or for slaughtering of any animal intended for human consumption.
