Section 9(1) in Maharashtra Prohibition of Obscene Dance In Hotels, Restaurants and Bar Rooms and Protection of Dignity of Women (Working Therein) Act, 2016
(1)The licensee or any person acting on his behalf shall follow all the licence conditions prescribed throughout the licence period.
