25. Vesting of Gramdan lands in Sarvodaya Panchayat.
(1)The provisions of sections 16, 17 and 20 shall as far as may be apply to lands donated for Gramdan as they apply to lands donated for Bhoodan Yagna.(2)In any Gramdan village or Gramdan lands shall vest in the Sarvodaya Panchayat.(3)No act done by a Sarvodaya Panchayat shall be invalid on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy in or defect in the Constitution of the Panchayat.
