Section 10(1) in A.P. Distillery (Manufacture of Ready To Drink Alcoholic Beverages) Rules, 2012
(1)Operations concerned with the filling of bottles with Ready to Drink alcoholic beverage shall be conducted in bond under the supervision of the Distillery Officer in separate room called the bottling room set up for the purpose.
