Section 19(1) in Jodhpur Development Authority Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2017
(1)All notifications circulars, orders issued by the State Government, from time to time, in relation to matters covered by these rules and which are not consistent to these rules, shall stand superseded to the extent of inconsistency as from the date of the commencement of these rules.
