(2)The appointment shall be made on the recommendation of the Selection Committee comprising of the following Members:-(a)Chief Minister - Chairperson;(b)Speaker of the Legislative Assembly - Member;(c)Leader of Opposition or the Leader of the single largest Party in Opposition in the Legislative Assembly- Member.
