Section 35(1) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)After the hearing, under Regulation 34, the Commission may decide to grant or refuse the licence and if it decides to grant the licence, it may do so on general terms and conditions and with such modifications to the general conditions and on such specific conditions as the Commission may decide.
