Section 22(2) in Assam Judicial Service Rules, 2003
(2)The members of the Service directly recruited from the Bar to Grade-1 of the Service, having not less than 10 years of actual qualifying service, shall be entitled to add to their service qualifying for superannuation pension, the actual period of practice put in by h8im at the Bar not exceeding seven years.
