(4)After the expiration of the period of the certificate or of the renewed certificate, the guardian of the unprotected child or unprotected person concerned shall with all reasonable dispatch take steps for the vaccination of the child or of himself and upon vaccination further action shall, so far as may be, be taken in the manner provided in the foregoing provisions of this Act.
