Section 8A(1)(a) in Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions (Recognition, Grant-In-Aid and Service Conditions Etc.) Rules, 1993

(a)the school is run by a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Central Act No. 21 of 1860), the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Act No. 28 of 1958), or a public trust constituted under any law for the time being in force;
